• 3g matcha powder
• 30ml hot water (75-80°C)
• 75ml cold milk of choice
• 15ml heavy cream
• 10ml brown sugar syrup
Instructions :
1. Sift the matcha into a bowl to remove any clumps.
2. Add 30ml of hot water and whisk using a chasen (bamboo whisk) until smooth and frothy.
3. In a separate glass, mix cold milk, heavy cream, and brown sugar syrup. Stir well.
4. Use a spoon to gently pour the matcha over the back of the spoon, letting it drip slowly onto the milk mixture’s surface. This helps separate the layers for that perfect dirty matcha look!
5. Take a moment to admire the beautiful layers.
